IDEAS - Institute for the Development of Employee Advancement Services

SIPTU has established an entity called the Institute for the Development of Employees Advancement Services - more commonly referred to as IDEAS. IDEAS was established as a trust and is an independent corporate body which operates in the commercial arena and is wholly owned by SIPTU.

The primary focus of IDEAS is educational. Its task is to identify ways in which new thinking and new services can be introduced into the workplace for the benefit of employees and the enterprise as a whole.
