If we are going to succeed in this campaign, all workers - agency and direct employees alike - must join together to fight for equal treatment.

• Ensure, where possible, that all new workers are directly employed and not exploited as agency workers.
• Ensure that, where agency workers are employed, they are covered by a collective agreement protecting them and the directly employed workforce.
• Ensure that all agency workers enjoy the protection of an effective trade union. 
• Connect with migrant workers to ensure they are not ghettoised or alienated from the general workforce, from trade unions or from civic society in general.
