OCS (Dublin & Cork)
Pay talks at OCS began earlier this year for members in Dublin and Cork airports. An initial 2% proposed increase was rejected by the SIPTU Section Committee during talks. Ultimately, a 12 month pay deal for 2025 of 4% was agreed and accepted by an overwhelming majority of members. There is no increased productivity required as part of the deal.

Gate Gourmet (Dublin Airport)

SIPTU engaged with Gate Gourmet Dublin on a successor pay agreement for 2025. At local negotiations, the company proposed a one-year deal of a 2% increase. This was negotiated up to 3% plus a €500 tax efficient voucher. This was balloted on and rejected by the members. SIPTU and the company re-engaged at local level where the company improved the offer to a straight 4% for one year (2025). This proposed pay increase was balloted on and accepted by the majority of our members at Dublin Airport.
