SIPTU members and management in Shannon Aerospace, Co. Clare, have today (Thursday, 20th February) agreed to attend talks at the Labour Relations Commission (LRC) concerning a dispute involving the company’s pension scheme. SIPTU Organiser, Tony Carroll said: “Talks are scheduled to take place early next week. SIPTU members have deferred industrial action to facilitate the talks." Both sides have agreed that no further comment will be made until after the LRC talks.
