On 18th September 2023 new rates of pay came into force for construction workers under the terms of the Sectoral Employment Order (SEO) for the industry.
A further set of pay rises will come into force on 5th August 2024.
The SEO establishes the minimum rate of pay for various categories of construction workers. If you have not received the pay rises which are outlined in the terms of the SEO please contact your SIPTU Shop Steward or Organiser. Employers are legally bound to implement these pay rises.
Check your pay slip with the terms of the SEO below. The 2023 pay rates came into force on 18th September 2023 and the 2024 pay rates will come into force on 5th August 2024.
