Who we are

SIPTU is the union for Health Care Workers.

Our Health Division is proud to represent over 40,000 healthcare workers across Ireland. We stand with our members in hospitals, emergency services, clinics, and communities – both public and private sector – who tirelessly dedicate themselves to improving patient care and delivering essential services all day, every day.

We are working with our members to campaign for the delivery of safe staffing levels, safer working conditions and justice in the workplace.

There are six Sectors within the Division:
