This week, SIPTU launches our nationwide consultation and ballot across the public service in response to Government inaction on pay talks.

Operating without an agreement leaves vital jobs and public services vulnerable to outsourcing and puts our hard-won protections at risk. 

Rising costs are eroding incomes, yet Government delays continue.

Our members have delivered on every agreement. Now, it’s time Government delivers for us.

Over the coming weeks, SIPTU will host a series of information sessions and have ballot stations in hundreds of workplaces across Ireland. Remember, every vote cast over the next number of weeks strengthens our collective voice.
